We recently completed a remarkable full home renovation for an investor in the SouthPark area of Charlotte, NC. Originally a 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom house, the property required extensive updates including new plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and finishes.
The renovation transformed the home into a spacious 4-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom residence. The kitchen received a significant upgrade with the installation of custom cabinets, a new gas range, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, creating a modern and functional culinary space. Throughout the house, new wood floors were installed, adding warmth and elegance to the living areas. The bathrooms were upgraded with stylish tile floors, providing durability and a sleek, clean look.
A custom desk and work space were also added, featuring new custom millwork and a personal drink fridge, creating a perfect area for productivity and convenience.
In addition to interior upgrades, structural improvements were made to the roof above the front porch, ensuring long-term stability and safety. The master bathroom now features a fully tiled walk-in shower, adding a touch of luxury and sophistication.
