During the initial consultation of your space, we will schedule a time to come and look at your existing kitchen and go over in greater detail your vision for your kitchen. We will consider the layout you would like as well as the location of your appliances. By visiting with you and getting a feel of your current kitchen we will be able to formulate an effective plan and schedule for your project. We will also sit down and go over the finishes that you have picked or are considering using for your renovation. We are always available to help with design ideas and the procurement of materials.
Once we have a schedule and a plan for your renovation, we will move into the preparation phase. The preparation phase is quick and gives us the chance to start making progress from day 1. Normally this is the time that you will remove any items that you do not want in your kitchen during the renovation. We will also put up any temporary barriers and dust control methods that you approve. We do this so that we can ensure a clean living space for your during your renovation.
Depending on the size and scope of your kitchen remodel the build phase will be the longest part of the process. However, when we finish you will have a beautiful custom kitchen that was built specifically for your vision. The build phase will include any initial demolition that is needed and will be followed of the installation of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, walls, and the finishes picked out by you. Once we are finished with the renovation of your kitchen, we will do a full walkthrough with you to ensure that your vision is met. The walkthrough allows you to look at your renovation with us and let us know of any touch up items that you would like to have fixed before we leave.
